Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Visora — the dashboard, API, and any connected integration — operated by Artem Shynkarenko, based in Ukraine. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and API key. Regenerate it immediately from the dashboard if it leaks.

Acceptable use

No illegal or infringing content, no circumventing quota/rate limits, no reselling raw API access without agreement, no attacking the render infrastructure.

Your content

You own the templates you create and the images they produce.

Plans, billing, and renewal

Paid plans (Growth, Scale) are prepaid, not auto-billed — a plan lasts 30 days from purchase and reverts to Free if not renewed, with no card on file and nothing to cancel. We process payments directly (bank transfer or crypto), no third-party processor. See our Refund Policy for the money-back guarantee.

Uptime and changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. Features may change with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Visora is provided "as is." Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend accounts for violating acceptable use, non-payment, or if required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
